Tasting notes

• A pale, satiny yellowy golden colour, clear, luminous and crystalline
infused with elusive green reflections. Delicate effervescence with an even mousse.

Nose
• First nose amazing, elegant and complex with floral aromas: acacia. Then
fruity orange tastes are revealed. The nose ends up with dried fruits, fresh
almonds and hazelnuts scents.

Palate
• Ample, generous, complex mouth with fine vivacity and citrus fruits perfumes of pink grapefruit and mandarin. It is overwhelmed with freshness and has a long finish.

Drinking occasions
• The wine’s fine maturity and agreeable freshness make it an ideal
companion for festive aperitifs. It is equally appreciated onto St Jacques
carpaccio, seafruits dishes or with lobsters and asian food fish-based.
