Vinsanto Del Chianti Classico 500 ml

This historic wine is produced from grapes harvested in different spots in our property at Castagnoli and it is still made using the ancient techniques, in order to keep the tradition alive for the future generations. Therefore, we only produce a small amount of bottles. We must say that the high production costs are not even covered by the sales price, but money is not the motivation to make our Vin Santo: this wine is our tribute to our ancestors, who gave us this fabulous heritage.

TASTING NOTES: Amber yellow color. Rich and intense aroma, it fills the glass with notes that remind of honey, vanilla, dried nuts like almonds. In the mouth it is unctuous, harmonious, and it has an extremely long finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Aged cheese, desserts.
