Grape variety(ies): Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre
Origin: Rhône Valley
Soil: On levels of clay terraces with large rolled pebbles and clay-sandy soils
Vinification: The grapes are harvested, and sorted. They are then destemmed, crushed and fermented for 15 days at a controlled temperature and then pressed gently. The wine is matured for several months then filtered and bottled to preserve the rich aromas.
Tasting notes:
- Color: Very deep garnet red.
-Nose:Bouquet of small red fruit and spices.
- Palate: Ample, round and full bodied.
Recommendations: Suggest with game, duck, guinea fowl, pigeon, osso bucco, eggplant cake, strong cheeses.
Serving condition in F°: 61 - 65
