The Transcontinental Rum Line reflects the great diversity that can be found around the world of rum production, inspired by the voyage of rum between the country of distillation and aging conditions. The founding principle of the range is transparency. No sugar or colouring added and aging conditions are clear.
Produced in the French West Indies, this rum was distilled in a traditional creole colum from sugar cane juice fermentation. A VO or Very Old rum is aged for at least three years. The maturation took place in the tropics, then the rum was shipped to Europe for additional aging.
