Over the years and while managing our own vineyards, we got the opportunity to run other vineyards in the area of Segesta.
Located at 600m above the sea level, these vineyards are more suitable for the production of white grapes, such as the native Grillo.
TASTING NOTES: Straw-yellow colour; in the nose it reveals delicate yet complex notes of dried flowers, hay and straw. In the palate, it displays a warm, fully Mediterranean taste, which at the same time is balanced by its freshness and acidity.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: To fish and seafood in general, first courses with traditionally Mediterranean sauces.
