Château Peychaud is located in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg appellation. The estate covers 28 hectares on a very qualitative terroir. In the center of the property, a hundred years old manor is built, replacing the residence of an old noble family named Peychaud. The oldest building of the Château is a dovecote. It is a symbolic building of a feudal house. Situated on clay-limestone and silica-clay hillsides, the terroir is ideally suited for the culture of vines. Thanks to a big percentage of Merlot and a ageing in stainless steel vats, Château Peychaud produces a very fruity wine.

Tasting comments
Château Peychaud 2015 has a lovely ruby red colour. The nose, Supple and elegant on the nose, with delicate aromas of red fruits and a slight touch of vanilla. On the palate, this structured and balanced wine with silky tannins releases some delicious notes of cherry and raspberry.
Food & Wine Pairing : This wine will perfectly accompany a veal filet mignon.
