TASTING NOTES
Deep red color with ruby highlights. Intense aromas of very ripe red fruit: blackcurrant, strawberry. When agitated, fine and elegant vanilla, toasty and roasted hazelnut notes appear. Extremely fruity and well-balanced, with rich and velvety tannins. Long and supple finish.
PAIRING
Pasta in savoury tomato sauce, Tuscan-style veal chops, marinated steak, butter roasted chicken, all cheeses – Best served between 60?F and 65?F.
