Berneroy XO is made from carefully selected, traditionally grown cider apples from the best independent orchards in Normandy. Ageing in seasoned oak barrels imparts fewer tannins and preserves its wonderful aromatic intensity.
Rich golden amber color. Vanilla and butterscotch notes on the nose with hints of citrus and light rancio. On the palate, backed and caramelized apples with buttery, slightly nutty notes and a touch of cinnamon and spice. Smooth, round and lingering.
